Jing was previously responsible for sales and operations of e-commerce channels for consumer goods companies, including Adidas, Henkel, AB InBev and Unilever. Experienced in sportswear, beauty, personal care, and alcohol and beverages, Jing is pursuing an MBA and plans to continue working in the industry.

Lisa (Xiang) Li

A finance professional with experience working in corporate merger and acquisition and deal advisory, Lisa is passionate about the intersection between investing and sustainability/energy transition. With the Oxford MBA, she hopes to gain industry exposure and expand her network to drive impactful investments in the space.

Shahbaz Merchant

St Antony's College
India

Shahbaz has been working as a sell-side equity analyst tracking the Indian banking, financial services and insurance sector. He hopes to leverage the Oxford MBA to transition into a buy-side investment role. He is particularly interested in learning more about the applications of artificial intelligence and data science in investing.

Dr Simon Lord

Simon Lord is Director of the Early Phase Clinical Trials Unit at the University of Oxford and is chief investigator for a number of clinical trials. He is looking forward to applying new insights into approaches to management and strategic leadership to his work in leading one of Europe’s leading academic cancer trials facilities.
